Orders are shipped M-F (orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following business day) and take one day to process. If an order is placed before 2p.m. M-F they will be shipped that same day.
We currently do not have a store, however we do have a showroom. At our showroom, you are able to make an appointment to come and shop and get a private personal experience. Appointments can be made at 678.660.8797 You can text, call or email us at: appointment@tracynicoleclothing.com
We do offer refunds and exchanges for items UNWORN and returned in original condition within three days of receiving (this does not include shipping time) to the original form of payment. Sale and preorder items can be returned for SHOWROOM CREDIT only.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

We only allow one coupon code per order.
Yes! Our size range from XS-3X.
We do not often restock once an item is sold out. Helpful hint: Be sure to order an item while we still have it in your size. You can always call us for a special order.
Once we have received your order, it will take 3-5 business days to process the refund. You will receive a confirmation once we process your return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts other than the special discounts we create for our email and text subscribers. Make sure you subscribe to our mailing list.
